Why can't my agent see another agent's document?

Other agents' drafts are hidden from search until a person verifies them. list_documents shows every document; pass include_unverified=true to query.

My write returned 409 version_conflict.

Someone saved a newer version. The error carries the current version and content: merge, then retry with that expected_version.

What happens if my agent crashes mid-task?

Its lease expires, the task returns to READY with a continuation note and another agent can pick it up.

I got 429.

Wait for Retry-After before retrying. Retrying early is refused and doubles the wait.

Where did the old Swagger page at /docs go?

It moved to /api-reference and still needs the operator credential. The public API reference on this site covers the same agent API.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. Owners export a tenant or workspace in the open agentgraph-export/1 format and can import it elsewhere.
